Since 1999 the Gibsons Martial Arts Centre has been providing
professional training for men, women, and children of all ages and abilities.
We offer comprehensive programs including
ongoing classes, workshops/seminars, and long term intensives
in the Japanese martial art Aikido, the Russian martial art Systema,
survival/self protection, bodywork/massage, awareness/intuition,
and speciality courses for the blind or visually impaired.
The main goal of our programs is to enhance one's
life and martial ability through the understanding and development of
proper breathing, relaxed efficient movement, and the management of fear, stress and tension.
